Capital Product Partners L.P. (Nasdaq: CPLP) is an international shipping company and leader in the seaborne transportation of refined oil products and chemicals. Our fleet of product tankers is fully chartered under medium- to long-term time and bareboat charters. With our modern, state-of-the-art fleet and built-in growth through contracted acquisitions of additional vessels and the potential "drop-down" of optional vessels from the owner of our General Partner, Capital Maritime & Trading Corp., we are well-positioned to capitalize on the growth dynamics of the product tanker industry, worldwide, as well as pending regulatory changes. A publicly traded master limited partnership, CPLP was formed early in 2007 with a mission to maintain and extend its leadership position in the product tanker segment. The Partnership is a C-Corp. for tax purposes (our investors receive the standard 1099 form and not a K-1 form).
